- It is recommended to remove the card. Use a rubber or cotton swab to wipe the metal contact point, ensuring it is clean, and then reinsert it for the machine to recognize it.

- Does the trail camera need four AA batteries to start? Do I need to buy more batteries?
- Yes, the trail camera requires 4 AA batteries to operate. You can also choose to add more batteries to increase the capacity, allowing the camera to work for a longer duration.
- Will the app send a notification to your phone when the motion sensor is triggered?
- No, the app does not support detection notifications. You can open the app to manually check the camera's shooting area or preview the gallery.
- Why is the WiFi connection disconnected at a long distance?
- This trail camera is NOT a cellular camera or a security camera. WiFi connection and app control have range limits (32ft in open areas).
- How do I download the app and connect the camera?
- Search and download "TrailCam Go" from the app store on your phone, then follow the prompts to install it.
